Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded as cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Voucher Value is redeemable in part or full against services.
The value of the voucher will expire if not used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS
Please note we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice your appointment will be charged at 50% of the cost of your treatment.
